Facelyft runs a real-time inference pipeline tuned for broadcast: high-fidelity face capture and replacement with frame latency low enough to sit inside a live signal. It integrates directly with performance-capture rigs and XR stages, so talent can be transformed on set without breaking the shot.
Challenges
Delivering feature-film fidelity at live latency is a constant trade-off. Holding identity, lighting and expression across fast motion — while surviving the unpredictability of a live broadcast — demanded heavy optimization and a pipeline that degrades gracefully under pressure.
